Refunds and cancellations?

Refunds will only be available if a cancellation is generated by Purple Elephant Hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and, while I will always do my very best to help you achieve your goals, I cannot guarantee a particular outcome. For this reason, sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place. If you feel you’re not getting the benefit you hoped for, we can discuss your experience and consider whether a different approach or further support may be more appropriate.

Purple Elephant Hypnotherapy reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Any cancellation requests must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice of the original booking. Cancellation requests after this time will be charged the full appointment fee.
